Epoxy Primer/Sealer (123) is a Primer, Sealer and Crack Repair epoxy.

PRIMER  Epoxy Primer/Sealer (123) is a 100% solids low viscosity 2 part epoxy primer. It has been specially formulated to provide excellent surface wetting and compatibility with other EPIREZ products including binders, coatings and adhesives to ensure the provision of a complete system solution.

SEALER   As part of a system, Epoxy Primer/Sealer (123) may also be applied as a sealer to help reduce the absorption of surface spills. The sealing properties facilitate bonding to damp or dry surfaces and will in many cases also assist in locking down contaminants.

CRACK REPAIR   The low viscosity of Epoxy Primer/Sealer (123) make it an ideal crack repair solution. It will penetrate by capillary action into fine cracks down to 0.2mm and will reinstate the structural integrity of fine cracks and damaged concrete.
Epoxy Primer/Sealer (123) is suitable for application via pressure injection methods and in some cases gravity feed.
